Trash collection occurs on Monday and Thursday.

Trash can be placed out for collection the night before, or by 7:00 AM the day of, collection. The trash containers must be brought back inside by the end of the day the trash is collected

Cherington rules require that all trash MUST be put out for collection in sealed trash receptacles. This means that trash MAY NOT be put out in loose bags placed next to or on top of trash cans. Also, boxes are not trash and they should be put out with your recycling.

Recycling collection occurs on Friday.

If you are in need of a new blue recycling bin, you can order one, free of charge (1 per year), from the County by clicking here.

Any parking space not designated as part of a Unit is available for general use on a “first come, first serve” basis.

Guests are welcome to park in the “visitor parking” spaces along Stonehenge Place. Visitor parking is reserved only for guests and is allowed up to 7 consecutive days. Owners with guests intending to occupy visitor parking for longer than 7 consecutive days must notify Abaris in advance.

Cherington residents are encouraged to observe a speed limit of 15mph or less due to the community design and the frequent presence of small children within the neighborhood.
