Architectural Control
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC), appointed by the Board of Directors
established these ACC Standards and Guidelines in accordance with the Association’s Governing Documents.
To properly submit a change approval form, please fill out the Architectural Change Application form and submit the form directly to Abaris for official approval. Forms or requests made to anyone other than Abaris, will not be considered as officially submitted.
Residents can mail or email the PDF application to Abaris (1101 Wootton Parkway Suite 820, Rockville MD 20852), or use the online application form (requires login).
